The new region Essequibo is an unknown, pending the next update to narrow down its location in the update. Last update, I could only narrow it to being between Balder and Island. Actually, due to the time slot limitations, the high side is limited to Arkansas (which is likely to have straddled the upper end of the time block limits). - 3 is here, even though it is not in the OCD order (the other numbered enumerators are already in place), it will do. Shortly, I will begin placing the lettered enumerators in the open regions within the time block. Both open and closed regions (not mine) in the block are only four regions and require an enumerator to narrow the range that Essequibo could be located in the update. See how that goes.
